Dotace se v\u0161ak bude t\u00fdkat pouze p\u011btiny byt\u016f v&nbsp;konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm zam\u00fd\u0161len\u00e9m dom\u011b. Na zbytek byt\u016f si m\u016f\u017ee obec vz\u00edt klasick\u00fd komer\u010dn\u00ed \u00fav\u011br nebo si p\u016fj\u010dit z&nbsp;fondu bydlen\u00ed. Novinkou je, \u017ee se zm\u011bny v&nbsp;n\u00e1vrhu budou t\u00fdkat i p\u0159\u00edstaveb a rekonstrukc\u00ed zch\u00e1tral\u00fdch dom\u016f. Tato novinka tak umo\u017en\u00ed obc\u00edm rekonstruovat neobydlen\u00e9 budovy v&nbsp;obci a nemus\u00ed nutn\u011b stavit na zelen\u00e9 louce.&nbsp;N\u00e1vrh tak\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se situac\u00ed, pokud se p\u0159\u00edjem rodiny zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed nad ur\u010den\u00fd limit.
